Q: What catering options do you offer?
A: We offer Full Service Catering, Delivery & Setup, and Pickup, plus our Smokin’ Pit add-on experience.

Q: What is included with on-site catering?
A: Buffet style setup for guests to be served, garnish table, all six BBQ sauces, black/logo tablecloths, plastic plates/silverware kits.

Q: How much food should I order?
A: Most groups choose 2–3 meats and 2–3 sides, with lots of delicious options, choose as many as you'd like! We quote based on full-plate portions so guests are well fed and happy! 

Q: Can you help if I don’t know what menu to pick?
A: Yes! We can recommend crowd-pleasing spreads based on your event type and guest count.

Q: Do you offer upgraded presentation options?
A: Yes. If you want elevated service ware (like China or rentals), we can discuss upgrade options.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, holidays, and peak weekends.

Q: Can I get more than one quote option?
A: Absolutely, we can provide multiple service-level quotes so you can compare and choose what works best!
